Welcome to the Library Locator Business Management App. By accessing or using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Use of the Application
- The App enables Library Locator Business Management including member management, seat allocation, plans, offers, tax calculation, invoices, attendance tracking, expenses, and enquiries.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for accuracy of member data, invoices, attendance, and other records.
- You must not misuse the App for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Unauthorized access attempts are strictly prohibited.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Subscription plans may be purchased via Razorpay payment gateway.
- All payments are securely processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or banking details.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to renew subscription may restrict access to premium features.
4. Location Services
- The App may use device location (Geolocator) to display nearby libraries and available seats.
- Disabling location permissions may limit certain features.
5. Data & Privacy
Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, content, logos, and design elements are the property of the company.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error or third-party services.
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
